  67. This package contains the Stretch Break(TM) Version 1.3, by Para
  68. Technologies.  This document contains only a brief description of the
  69. package and its features.  Quite detailed documentation is included in
  70. the package.

  72. If you want to be reminded periodically to take a rejuvenating stretch
  73. then this is the program for you. It ask your permission to show its
  74. animated stretches every 30 minutes (default). You select how many
  75. stretches to do (default is 3 stretches).

  77. Stretch Break is a shareware program. You may use it for up to 30 days,
  78. without charge See README.TXT for more details).  If you like the
  79. program, and wish to continue its use after this evaluation period, you
  80. are required to pay for the program (see REGISTER.TXT for more details).
  81. Any fee you may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to
  82. obtain this evaluation version was a fee for their copying and
  83. distribution services, rather than a payment for continued use of the
